All items are shipped from the United States.

Rates are estimated at:

United States $ 4 USD
Australia & New Zealand $ 21 USD
Canada $ 17 USD
Rest of the World $ 18 USD

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping over $35 USD.

Free International Shipping over $115 USD.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Once your order is placed, please allow for 3-5 business days for processing.

*Shipping times may be impacted by factors outside of our control like holidays, natural disasters, or high package volumes.

We provide tracking information for all orders so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

United States
We use USPS first class as default shipping method and a shipping fee under $4 is applied if the order is under $35 USD.
We estimate you’ll receive your order within 5-7 business days.

Canada
We use USPS first class as default shipping method and a shipping fee under $17 is applied if the order is under $35 USD.
We estimate you’ll receive your order within 5-7 business days.

International
We estimate you’ll receive your order within 7-21 business days business days. Shipping times may vary based on customs, but we’ll try to ship your package out as quickly as possible.
Ensure all shipping details are correct.
All international orders may be subject to import taxes that are not included in shipping fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer upon delivery.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

  • Our products do not include duty fee or tax in the prices. It’s important to be aware that tax and duty may be charged on top of the purchase price at the point of delivery;
  • Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been shown to be delivered to a correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost of stolen packages;
  • India and Philippines can only access DHL express shipping method due to economic shipping method does not function in these 2 countries.

MISSING PACKAGE

If your package does not arrive within 5 days after it is marked as delivered, please contact USPS to file a missing package report. If USPS is unable to locate your package, please contact us with your order number and a screenshot of USPS report.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Double check and ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If an order is returned to us due to invalid/insufficient address, or unclaimed, Callalove is not responsible for replacing your order.

If a mistake on the address causes a return-to-sender error, once the package is returned to our warehouse, we can resend it out for a fee of $5 for U.S. orders and $15 for international orders. A reshipping fee would incur as following:

  • Domestic orders: $5 USD
  • Canada orders: $12 USD
  • Rest of the world: $15 USD

If you need to intercept a package, please submit a request through the courier's website (we use USPS). Please note that we are not responsible for paying any fees associated with package interception.
